8 week squat program with @MaroonsFootball ended today and the gains were unbelievable! Some Athletes saw almost 100lb increase in their squat! Multiple athletes with 30+lb increase to their maxes!! Become comfortable being uncomfortable and Commit to the process 😤😤😤😤😤!!!
