The last quarter of this game was the most tense basketball I’ve ever watched in my life. Every player knew exactly the moment they were in and pressure was unlike anything I’ve ever witnessed
I don’t think we’ve ever seen a Finals better than this and I’m not sure that we ever will. Cannot believe that it’s been 10 years. Not sure how many series in NBA history have been as consequential as this one.
@thelandsports32@tim_stebbins It feels like every year there’s one guy on the roster for like 2 months that doesn’t even belong in AA. Makes you wonder what the organization really values
Mike Brown shares a simple but powerful definition of winning in life.
"Even if you don't have the quote unquote ultimate success that you think you deserve - if you get knocked down in life and you're able to get back up and keep fighting - that's a fricking win."
"Most of our guys have probably had to go through that. But I think most people in the world have to go through it."
Success isn't always the result - sometimes it's just refusing to stay down.
It's choosing to endure, get back up, and keep fighting.
Successful people are relentless.

This is ethical basketball at its finest. Nobody flopping. Absolute physical basketball with both teams being willing to punch back.
