@eternalrll Results difficult to find women in the high-level market and therefore difficult to help them improve the situation.
By improving each of these points, we could reverse the trend in 2-3 years.

This is reflected the fact that women prefer to play between them at high level and limits their speed of progression
Editor is removed from everything that could help women to make themselves known and progres

I've seen a few people posting lately about bringing the women's/mg scene back, and I think there's a way of doing it on a smaller scale thats more sustainable, or at least testing it and seeing how its received ⬇️

Women's LAN Showmatch

An online qualifier for NA and EU, the winner from each region plays a showmatch at an RLCS event similar to how others, such as chalked cast vs first touch, have been in the past. $0 prizepool needed, or it could be funded by the community as part of (or separate) to the wider major/worlds bundle.

This way its completely controlled by RLEsports, not any individual orgs, requires much less funding compared to an entire league, it can be managed according to the RLCS rulebook, and gives the opportunity for players on both sides of the pond to play at a LAN event.

It can be a one-off event, whilst also having the potential to be repeated/expanded IF its successful or if organisations want to get involved. It would also be a great way to platform some of the women playing this game, similar to community spotlights.

@LuCaAAa______26 @mussowrll Pour moi, ça doit un être un ban perm. Que tu tilts et que tu le fasse savoir à ton adversaire que tu le sens nul, c'est ok mais qu'on tienne ce genre de propos ça ne devrait pas exister.

For me, he is not stun because he arrive at battlefield before vex.
What is your opinion ?

Malheureusement, on s'arrête en day 1. Un premier match mal négocié aura eu raison de nous. La défaite est très dure à encaisser mais on reviendra plus fort.
