There is a subtle yet destructive syndrome quietly eroding modern Nigerian culture: a collective obsession with shortcuts, quick wealth, and instant results that naturally destroys the quality, integrity, and sustainability of everything we build. Much like the desire path carved directly through the manicured grass in the image, society has increasingly abandoned the properly structured, standard pathways of process and patience in favor of the fastest, most convenient route.
If I were to start a commercial bank today, I'll do everything to solve customers' complaints as quick as possible. No too much delay and spending all day at the bank for a minor issue.
