Sporting Director Richard Dorman: “This transition also brings the team under our new club strategy, with clear targets to raise standards and increase professionalism in how the side operates."

The last couple of weeks haven't been to bad at all, Starting with a Home stadium game & the family in attendance, followed by away day at Vale Park & finished off with a CPD event watching a game in the PL International Cup ⚽️

Back up & running after 3 weeks of trails & 6 weeks preseason this week was our opening ladies league fixture & also the 1st ETC training night, fully enthused for my roles with some excellent players across both squads, now the fun part & getting the best out of them all 🟡⚫️

A brilliant day had with the always dependable & knowledgeable @rebeccabrazier @ SGP last week for the girls PL Kicks national finals where we took 8 girls who didn't know one another 12 months ago & from the 92 clubs who entered we finished 6th 🟡⚫️

#bcfc The SQ will of course be maasive for the region but as a club it will also be gamechanging, having been to the Etihad Campus & seeing what they have on site the thought of what Knighthead are going to put in place for all our players for decades to come is hugely exciting⚽️

Can't believe the end of March meant we've already reached the end of our grassroots league for the season, it did mean the wife & son got to come down and support the final game of the season, after some patient waiting the lad even got some time on the pitch at full time 🤩💙⚽️

& with that it's officially the Christmas break, after a huge summer overhaul (11 released & 12 signed) to be sitting top at Christmas is a mighty rewarding sight for all the players hardwork & dedication to understanding our principles and core messaging, here's to 2025 🟡 ⚫️
