@Steam@Steam_Support Local transfer still isn’t working after the July 27 update. It’s the reason I recommend Steam to every school I oversee for esports (~1000 users).
@Kevin_Hitt Right?! We’re missing the bottom to grow the top! Tsports has rec, club, MS, HS, Collegiate, pro. Esports has College/pro, and high school. Players are learning the fundamentals of actual team play in HS and even that is hit or miss.

@JaketheDad30 Does winning matter for public perception? Yes. Does it matter for funding? Unfortunately probably. If winning is your only priority, what is your team’s mentality going to be when on a losing streak? What happens if you have an off day and get crushed, will the team survive?
@JaketheDad30 Winning (consistently) is the byproduct of creating a team with a good work ethic, camaraderie, and a culture of healthy growth. When your team succeeds internally, the externals will follow. Even a broken clock wins at telling the time twice a day.
@SterlingJH Idaho is pretty small in terms of numbers, and we had 1256 starters across our 6 games (including some subs). Some of the states have cities larger than our state population

Excited for this to finally be public! This is massive simply because Idaho Esports is grassroots, pretty much all of the orgs in ISEA are! This opens opportunities for schools and players!
We are proud to announce a landmark partnership with @NintendoAmerica to expand access to school based esports!
ISEA state organizations will be officially licensed to operate Nintendo titles and provide perks to their schools

ISEA would love to welcome our new member @idaho_esports as the new representative for the great state of Idaho!
