“Wolfie” was the definition of reliable.

Anytime Coach Kap & I needed someone warmed up in a blink of an eye to stop momentum & limit damage, Mason Wolf was ALWAYS our go-to. High-leverage situations never seemed too big for him.

The slider & curveball are absolutely cartoonish!

But beyond the stuff, Wolfie was one of the best teammates I’ve ever been around — kept the dugout loose, made everyone laugh, and brought good vibes to the field every single day.

Truly enjoyed my two years coaching him and it’s going to be tough not having him on future ‘TOPS squads.

One of the best high-leverage JUCO arms still available for a 4-year home.

Any program looking for a competitor, teammate, and winner should have Mason Wolf in their sights.

When both your second-year sophomore middle infielders go down due to injury, “next man up” sounds good in theory.

But what Brayden Bortnick did was nothing short of extraordinary.

Bort stepped in and never blinked. Huge part of what we accomplished this season with his dazzling defense, consistent offense, speed, and leadership down the stretch. Even battled back quickly from his own injury because he wanted to be out there with his guys.

Definitely a guy to have on your radar as four-years enter the Fall of 2027.
