God fearing, Jesus Christ serving, self acknowledged basketball junkie and Executive Director of Midland Athletic Syndicate & Diamondback Energy Sports Complex
Your child's school has an assistant superintendent for curriculum, an assistant superintendent for instruction, a director of teaching and learning, and a coordinator of academic services. Your child's teacher has thirty-two kids and no copy paper. This is not a funding problem. It is a priority problem.
🌟Grow & Develop Staff🌟
As part of the @Midland_ISD Strategic Plan, we are #MISDProud to invest in our own assistant coaches. Through our Aspiring Head Coaches Academy, Coach Ivanhoe and Coach Johnson developed leadership skills to take the next step. @RebVolleyball@DawgHoops1
@DragonflyJonez@rodimusprime This is so good for the NBA. Chet may push himself harder than he would have in an alternate universe. Wemby’s ascension has already generated so much discussion: Can SAS be stopped? How does OKC and the league respond? No more process. Wemby said ball up top. The NBA is back.

Starting your freshmen year, in high school or college, understand this:
Being part of an athletic program is being in a relationship.
1. Volunteer Workouts = Date Nights
You make time for them because you want to be there. Sometimes things come up, and missing one is not the end of the world. But if you keep missing them, it starts to say something.
2. In-Season Practices = Birthdays, Anniversaries, and Big Events
These are important. You are expected to be there. Your team is counting on you, your coaches are counting on you, and your actions show your level of commitment.
3. Games = The Wedding
Games are the proof of the work, trust, and commitment it took to get to that point. If you have shown up, worked, communicated, and been dependable, then you have earned trust.
Because here is the real question:
Would you marry someone you cannot trust?
Would you fully commit to someone who is inconsistent, unreliable, and only shows up when it is convenient?
The same applies to a team.
Talent may get you noticed, but trust gets you on the floor.
