Nash Avery - 6'7 Forward - 28' @Nashavery_

Nash moves very fluidly for someone his size/age, and possesses a deep arsenal of moves for a wing. He wastes little to no movement in the mid-to-intermediate area of the court, often taking just 1-2 dribbles before rising up over defenders. In the post, he uses his size to back down smaller players and finish over them with a smooth hook shot or floater.

Avery also displayed strong shooting skills, consistently knocking down catch and shoot threes. He effectively uses his pump fake to get defenders off balance and drive to the rim for dunks.

Through Sessions 1 and 2, he averaged 20 points per game on 60% true shooting, along with 6.6 rebounds for @TeamMe7oEYBL.

What stood out most to me when watching Nash was the pride he takes on defense both on the ball and as a help side defender. He’s averaging 3.3 blocks per game this summer and has recorded three separate games with 6 blocks.

He’s easily one of the most impressive prospects I’ve seen so far in the class of 2028.
