Have a goal. Have a plan. Be disciplined enough to follow it and consistently.
Anybody can show up.
The difference is what you do once you’re there.
Trust the process.
🐾 Keep Hunting.

PRACTICE WITH A PURPOSE. 🐾

Don’t just go through the motions.

Every rep has a reason.
Every drill has a purpose.
Every day is an opportunity to get better.

Practice the way you want to play.

Keep Hunting.

Keep showing up.

When it’s hard.
When nobody is watching.
When you don’t feel like it.

Stay positive. Give your best. Do the extra work.

There are no shortcuts!

What you tolerate becomes your culture.
Standards don't mean much if we only follow them when it's convenient. Hold yourself accountable. Hold your teammates accountable. Protect the culture.

Excellence is a pursuit, not a destination.

Get better today. Then do it again tomorrow.

The little things become the big things.

Today’s lift.
Today’s workout.
Today’s attitude.

Do enough little things right, and excellence becomes the expectation.

⚔️ THE 2026 SCHEDULE HAS ARRIVED.

Every practice.
Every rep.
Every snap.

🐾 See you this fall.

Preparing for my third season assistant coaching at North Reading, honored and proud to be back. We have a great staff coming back and of course an incredible group of players that make everyday worth it. No matter what the season brings it is going to be a great year.
