I have heard it a lot lately. High school football coaches telling kids not to post on social media, not to get outside work from trainers etc.
Stop telling kids that mess. Social media can open doors for them that you can’t. That outside training will give them something that you can’t. Which will help you win games.
6’3” 2025 Aidan Scruitsky (NC Jayhawks) has shined as a dynamic shot creator. Plays an efficient brand of basketball, gets to his spots with relative ease, and has dynamism as a shooter. Can toggle between multiple positions offensively.

6’3 ‘25 Aidan Scruitsky (NC Jayhawks) is putting on an offensive clinic. Creating with ease and applying consistent pressure from all levels, but also quite comfortable spotting up or cutting without the ball in his hands. Highly polished #PhenomOpening@ascruitsky22
2025 Jayden Little (NC Jayhawks 17U) achieved a remarkable feat this season as he averaged over 30 points a game as a junior for Anson County. Little will one of the area’s best scorers, as well as dual-sport athletes. Talented football player as well. #PhenomOpening
2025 Aidan Scruitsky (NC Jayhawks 17U) is one another one of Union County’s most talented players featured on this roster. Scruitsky finished his junior year averaging 20 points a game and 2 steals. Talented marksman of the catch with the frame to embrace contact. #PhenomOpening

The creator of Dragon Ball, Akira Toriyama, has passed away at 68. He taught us that we all have a Goku in us and a Frieza to overcome. We all need a Krillin to have our back, and a Vegeta to challenge us. Rest in Peace and thank you for giving us the Greatest Anime of All Time. Say Hi to King Kai for us.
