Hey @GoogleFiber, it has been FOUR MONTHS of unaddressed infrastructure failure on 64th St in Prairie Village, KS. This isn't a "one-house Wi-Fi issue." At least three consecutive homes on this block have been suffering identical evening connection drops dating back to JUNE.

Hi @GoogleFiber, I need help getting a local engineering dispatch scheduled. Tier 2 phone support confirmed my line requires a physical OTDR inspection for a suspected microbend, and even though this was determined last Tuesday, no inspection has happened. I want to fix this before it drops completely. Additionally, all of my neighbors whose lines come from the box in my back yard are experiencing random drop issues as well. My open work order is WO-2330388. Can someone look into this?
