Once laws effective: the prices are a reflection of how much activity is going on

Laws effective is the goal post for all that value held by institutions to then deploy and use the tech consistently and at scale

Ripple has basically built a vertical monopoly with licenses and acquisitions to generate demand and use for that moment

No one knows how much, how high, or how quick it can happen anyone who tries is suspect to me

What we can know is laws (Genius and Clarity) effective is the goal post for it all to go live

The only instructions that make sense under all this is to:
Stack, store safely, and Hope to God you don’t have to sell to survive this shit economy undergoing the transition of this collapsing monetary system to the new one

Corruption within financial institutions and regulatory bodies further entrenches this, allowing illicit practices to flourish while ordinary Americans bear the burden.

While I acknowledge the achievements under your leadership—such as policy initiatives aimed at reform, trade and peace deals—these successes feel increasingly brittle. They rest on fragile foundations that could crumble under the weight of systemic flaws. Congress, in particular, has paid mere lip service to meaningful change, offering rhetorical support without the substantive action needed to dismantle these issues. Bills stall, investigations fizzle, and the status quo prevails, leaving us vulnerable to the same manipulations that have plagued our people for decades.

Compounding this is the critical failure to secure our elections with the SAFE ACT and pass essential legislation like the Clarity Act. Without robust measures to ensure electoral integrity—such as nationwide voter ID requirements, transparent auditing processes, and protections against fraud—we risk perpetuating a cycle where corrupted influences dictate outcomes. The absence of the Clarity Act, which could provide much-needed transparency in financial and governmental operations, further traps us in this broken system. As a result, we remain without justice for the crimes and outright theft of our value from unchecked monetary policies that have devalued our currency and stolen wealth from the present and future generations.

All this while we have millions of illegals and H1b taking American jobs, housing, and driving up the cost of living.

Mr. President, I urge you to not only prioritize these reforms in your remaining time in office. Pushing for election security measures, advocate for the passage of the Safe and Clarity Act, and challenge the fiat system's stranglehold through innovative alternatives like sound money principles via competing issuers.

I challenge you to do what needs to be done. Whether that means invoking the insurrection act and arresting most of the government. Risking civil war?

So be it.

The American people deserve a future free from this insidious cycle, where true accountability and justice prevail.

The time is now for decisive action that will safeguard our peoples life, liberty, and property to pursue our future happiness in a stable prosperous nation without corruption. I know I can confidently state that we will be behind you all the way and would all choose to die on our feet then continue to live on our knees as we have.
