@coachwilcoxon Yes, I teach keeping the back foot grounded to initiate powerful hip rotation before the upper body. The back foot can come off the ground a little as you throw as long as the force is inward, not out and around. Rotary mechanics are more like a baseball hitter and linear mechanics (old school) are more like a pitcher
