🚨 CLASS OF 2027 ATHLETES WITH OFFERS 🚨
It’s time to start making decisions.
Having offers is a blessing, but don’t wait until the last minute hoping for something bigger if you already have schools that genuinely want you.
🏠 Make sure you have a home.
When evaluating your options, ask yourself:
✅ Can I see myself there for 4-5 years?
✅ Does the coaching staff believe in me?
✅ Is it a fit academically?
✅ Does the program develop players at my position?
✅ Can I compete for playing time?
The “best” offer isn’t always the highest level offer.
The best offer is the one that gives you the best opportunity to succeed on and off the field.
Remember: Recruiting is about finding the right fit, not winning social media.

What would you add?
One thing I’ve learned from watching high school athletes go through the recruiting process: it takes real courage to show up at college camps.
It’s easy to sit back and wonder if you’re good enough. It’s much harder to put yourself out there, compete against the best, and let coaches evaluate you.
As adults, I don’t think we give these kids enough credit. They’re stepping into uncomfortable situations, risking failure, and chasing a dream in front of strangers.
That willingness to bet on yourself is a skill that will serve them far beyond football.
Whether they leave with an offer, a conversation, or just a lesson learned, they’re already winning by having the courage to show up.
Keep going. Keep competing. Keep putting yourself out there. The people who grow the most are usually the ones willing to be uncomfortable. Proud of you boys @cam_hatfield_@ryanpalmer2027@jstremick_22@bobbywaltos@JSpig18@PJ11Sweeney keep showing up, that opportunity is coming.
Leadership isn't complicated.
GREAT Leaders don't...
🚫 show up late
🚫 blame others
🚫 complain
🚫 put others down
GREAT Leaders do...
💯 show up early
💯 take responsibility
💯 find solutions
💯 encourage others
Football often brings in 70–75% of an athletic department’s revenue.
That matters when people start debating money, resources, and priorities.
You may not like it or agree with it, but football pays most of, if not all the bills.
Tom Brady said, "If you don't believe in yourself, why is anyone else going to believe in you?"
The brutal truth about self-belief is you can't just wait for confidence to "just happen."
You need to create a system and habits.
A system that allows you to influence yourself.
