The 2036 Long Island Elite National Team has its leader for the 2027 Miami Trip!

@coachcapric has been named Head Coach.

Al is a man of strong character who has proven his loyalty to Long Island Elite, our principles and the way this organization is supposed to be represented. He has been around long enough to see this program develop young players into successful high school and college football players, and he understands what it takes to create positive outcomes over time.

He has also seen why some coaches succeed and others fail. Organization, communication, accountability and team morale matter. Al understands the responsibility that comes with leading a Long Island Elite team, and he has earned the opportunity.

Al will be in charge of the team heading into Miami in January 2027.
