"You gotta have resiliency. You gotta be able to overcome adversity."

"There can be no great victories in life unless you can overcome adversity."

"You gotta be able to overcome it."

The problem? Too many people come up without experiencing difficult circumstances. They've never had it tough. So when adversity hits, they don't know how to respond.

"You're not gonna be the best player on your team when you go in. You gotta stay focused on the process of what you need to do to become that."

That's the gap. Talent gets you in the door, resilience keeps you there.
