NEW: Prosecutors say 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray fought to survive until her last breath, say she left bite and scratch marks on one of the illegal immigrants.
21-year-old Johan Jose Rangel Martinez still had bite marks on his body when he was arrested.
Rangel Martinez is accused of r*p*ing Jocelyn for two hours before tossing her into a bayou.
Franklin Jose Pena Ramos says he told Rangel Martinez to stop but he refused and said he had to "finish what he started."
Rangel Martinez, a father of two, admitted to tying her up.
As Martinez-Rangel was escorted out of court on Tuesday, one of Jocelyn’s family members lashed out.
"I hope they k*** your children," they said.
JUST IN: Venezuelan illegal immigrants who are accused of kill*ng 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, lured her under a bridge where they took her clothes off & r*ped her for 2 hours.
The men tied her hands behind her back while they did the unthinkable.
After they were done, the men choked her and dumped her body in a bayou.
One of the men, Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, then allegedly asked his employer for extra money to leave town.
Pena Ramos crossed through Biden's open border at El Paso last month.
Both Pena Ramos and Johan Jose Rangel are set to appear in immigration court this August.
The video below is of Jocelyn's mother at her vigil.
