I'm speaking at New Perspectives: The Relationship Between Organisations and Individuals. Would you like to attend? #coaching#leadership https://t.co/mtc8h1M24Y
@VylaRollins I totally agree with this. If we start doing this when all our children are young, think what a great place the world would become with all those future emotional adults.
As we start to go back to the workplace how many of you REALLY know how your colleagues are feeling about this? Not just collectively, but each individual person. #remotework#Mindset#coaching#workplace https://t.co/hQW3cBhSMu
Going back to work after maternity can be stressful, so before you do think about what you want from your working day, your career and how it will work within your current role and then talk it through with your manager. #parenting#maternity#coaching https://t.co/x9NKYsTl7o
Just making a plan with your partner about how things are going to run at home, can make all the difference on your emotional journey back to work after having a baby. #maternity#netmums#parenting#parentingtips#mumsnet

I used to hate networking until I looked at it from a different angle. Instead of just looking at it as a way to progress my career, I now see it as a way to build genuine, strong and lasting relationships. #networking#mindsetshift https://t.co/4mbLKfxJBm
This doesn’t have to be the case you just need to plan plan. Everything from what you & your partner want career wise to who's responsible for doing the washing. For more advice on making your return smooth then join me on 29th April #Parents#maternity https://t.co/JNChiS2uLa
@HelenBeedham It’s the practical things that often get forgotten about, but make all the difference to how smooth that return journey can be. Simply by making short and long term plans can make all the difference. This webinar will definitely help to provide guidance on how to do that.
@VylaRollins Thanks @VylaRollins it is definitely a bit of a rollercoaster moment going back after having a baby, but hopefully this talk will provide a lot of answers and solutions to help make the experience a lot smoother.
I think after having a year of spending time at home and being a part of those daily rituals, such as family mealtimes and bed time stories, there will be a lot of career/family orientated Dads who will find this useful #fathers#parenting#careergoals https://t.co/R8YBh1LMr4
@VylaRollins@AkinOmobitan I think there will be an even bigger shift, when all the new #fathers who have been at home for the last year realise that they won’t be able to spend as much time with their little ones as they are used to, once working #norms return.
@JamesRees_PCC @VylaRollins@AkinOmobitan @JamesRees_PCC I think it's great you are "one of those Dads". I believe that because new Dads have spent more time with their new borns in the last year, there are going to be even more of "those Dads" wanting to spend quality time with their kids.
