Five Trustees are resigning from CoAction today.
CoAction says: ‘The relationship between the Board and some of the members has been irreparable fractured’.
‘The position of the Directors/Trustees is now untenable as there is a lack of confidence in the Board’.
Minister Anne Rabbite’s office has just informed me that the transfer of the CoAction Children’s Services from the purpose built facility at The Slip in Bantry will not now go ahead. In the last hour the HSE have contacted the Minister’s Department to confirm the news. 1/2
180… children will be affected. How on earth can we stand by and let this happen. That Center was paid for by bantry community… it’s ours. They can not and will not take it. Please help us by helping our children voices be heard.
