Every civilian casualty in Gaza is on Hamas.
Hamas attacked Israel on Oct 7 2023, during a ceasefire, slaughtering 1200 Israelis with horrific violence.
Hamas refuses to wear uniforms to identify themselves as combatants, while fighting and hiding among civilians.
Hamas uses civilian buildings like homes, schools, mosques and hospitals as fighting positions, weapons caches and command posts (which makes all these places legitimate targets btw). Hamas uses civilians as human shields in these same places.
Hamas used aid to Gaza to build an elaborate underground tunnel fortress, which civilians are not allowed to use. Hamas did not build bomb shelters for civilians.
The IDF goes through unheard of measures to warn Gaza civilians of impending military actions, knowing full well Hamas will exploit this info to escape harm, while placing civilians in danger.
Hamas knows if they release hostages and surrender, this could all be over. Yet they refuse to do so.
It’s very simple, Hamas started this, and they can end it. In a day. If they really wanted peace.
Why isn't Harvard saying that almost 31% of their students are from FOREIGN LANDS, and yet those countries, some not at all friendly to the United States, pay NOTHING toward their student's education, nor do they ever intend to. Nobody told us that! We want to know who those foreign students are, a reasonable request since we give Harvard BILLIONS OF DOLLARS, but Harvard isn't exactly forthcoming. We want those names and countries. Harvard has $52,000,000, use it, and stop asking for the Federal Government to continue GRANTING money to you!
@itscarterhughes@proudelephant Anyone want to start a pool on how long it'll take a psycho activist judge to file an injunction? It's hard to celebrate President Trump's orders knowing they're going to be sabotaged.
The claim that President Trump implemented a policy restricting U.S. government buildings to only fly the U.S. flag, affecting LGBTQ+ flags, appears largely accurate. Reports indicate the "One Flag Policy" was enacted by the State Department around January 22, 2025, barring non-U.S. flags, including Pride flags, at U.S. facilities globally. However, whether Trump directly ordered it or the State Department acted independently is unclear. The policy has sparked debate, with some supporting it as unifying and others criticizing it for limiting representation. Legislative efforts to codify it are ongoing, but details on enforcement and scope need further clarification.
