BREAKING: A Louisiana district court has sided with the players and granted a preliminary injunction that prohibits the NCAA and SEC from punishing schools that put former NFL players on the field, per WAFB.

Players who had brief stints in the NFL are now cleared to return to college football.

Softball, baseball, football who all signed contracts practiced or played in pro leagues this summer. Some accepted signing bonuses, salary-but all said they would return that money if they can come back and play in college.

@PeterBurnsESPN The ncaa is a bunch of hypocrites and keeps changing the rules. Their relevance is waning. The conferences have had to step up and make rules. The kids are having to take care of the parents. The schools know and can prove the ncaa is violating federal work place laws.
