@NapoleonProduct i am on day 4 of trying to reach a live person. I called at 830 today and the recording said over an hour wait. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will continue to share my experience until I receive service for the product I purchased in good faith.

@NapoleonProduct I did the live chat. They were of no help. They can’t place orders or even provide the part number I need. Bbq guys, your largest distributors can’t even get a live person. I tried searching the site myself and it returned nothing. You can’t tell me I’m the only person.

@NapoleonProduct you have the worst customer service for a large company. I listened to elevator music for 3 hours waiting to speak to an agent. Then the call was cancelled. I then called back and opted for the callback which 5 hours later hasn’t occured. Weber forever now🖕

@OnwardReserve I received my order of “final sale” polos. I would understand the policy if it was a color or design flaw but the XLs I ordered,without washing, are large AT BEST. Once washed in artic water and dried in the shade the will becomes smediums at best. 💩policy
