Both Judge Wolk and Judge Riddle presented at the 2024 Mental Health Symposium yesterday hosted by the DeKalb County Probate Court. The symposium is offered to educate and inform community stakeholders on issues related to mental illness and substance abuse.
Chief Judge Wolk moderated a judicial panel during the Cobb Probate, Estate Planning, and Elder Law Section CLE this past Friday. The panel included Probate Judges Keith Wood (Cherokee), Christopher Ballar (Gwinnett), Kenya Johnson (Fulton), and our very own Judge Tara Riddle.
Judge Wolk and Judge Riddle had the pleasure of serving on a panel at the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association Elder Abuse (GTLA) Litigation seminar. Thank you to GTLA for allowing us to come and share our knowledge of probate law and practices with members of your organization.
