Adventure therapy training with the intro play therapy training cohort today was amazing! @CPS_GSU’s Dr. Ashby is engaging and just plain fun. Loved having counselors, as well as @sw_cobb and @CobbSchoolPsych in this year’s cohort!
We had the honor of spending the day with Dr. Ashby, alongside CCSD School Counselors and Social Workers to learn different adventure play therapy techniques! Adventure therapy can be used to improve self-esteem and self-efficacy to overcome perceived limitations. #PlayMatters
