Praise Others. Instead of complaining about what others are doing wrong, start focusing on what they are doing right. Praise them and watch as they create more success as a result.
Speak life to others today. Share a kind word with everyone you interact with. You never know how much their soul might need it.
“Anxiety weighs down the heart, but a kind word cheers it up.”
Proverbs 12:25
If you want your team to serve, serve them.
If you want your people to care, care about them.
If you want your team to love their work, love them.
If you want your employees to be their best, give them your best.
Great leaders.....
-Small ego, big mission.
-We before me.
-A lot of love and accountability.
-A lot of grace and truth.
-Demanding but not demeaning.
-Loving but not enabling.
-Shout praise. Whisper criticism.
-High standards, low tolerance for excuses.
Check on people. A simple text, call or an invite for coffee takes nothing. If you notice something is different with someone, question it. Don’t ignore it. We often miss many signs of people struggling because we don’t bother asking. Asking them if they want to talk isn’t hard.
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
—Philippians 4:4–6
You may not have a Teacher of the Year Award hanging on your wall, but the handwritten notes & drawings from your students are the real trophies that motivate & inspire you. Next year they will be a wonderful pick me up to pull out & read during the tough and stressful days!
One can tell the type of character a person holds by the way they compete on the floor and Alivia was a special competitor. May we all compete like #12 did in life. Prayers up to her family and the Titan community. #FlyHighLiv 🙏

Greatness isn’t achieved by worrying what everyone thinks of you. Don’t look outside. The praise, criticism, expectations; it’s all just noise. Look inside to your heart and soul and do your thing. Do it with love and create greatness from the inside out.
