Saw multiple cybertrucks out in the wild today in Chicago.

One was parked in river north outside a club and multiple people were filming/taking pictures of an unoccupied stationary vehicle.

This thing is the greatest advertisement of all time for Tesla

@wholemars The fact that the reincorporation to Texas vote passed so overwhelmingly is a very clear sign to the state of Delaware. Institutions don’t want unpredictably and I suspect Delaware appeals court is going to send a strong signal to any activist judges

The biggest reason why I think elons comp package will pass is that if the large index funds vote against it they will feel the wrath of Elon. Who wants a guy with a megaphone to 190 million people excoriating you for a vote that doesn’t matter to you at all?
