@VodafoneBiz Our business phone lines have been down since last Wednesday, significantly impacting our operations. Despite daily calls to Vodafone, we continue to receive ambiguous updates and contradictory timelines for resolution. Unacceptable performance from Vodafone.
@AerLingus Also, I purchased my seats via a link sent to facebook messenger over an hour ago (for some reason despite booking my flight directly with Aerlingus seat purchase was not an option) and they are still available to purchase on the website.
@AerLingus What is the policy regarding purchasing an seat for a 22 month old? I understand they cannot sit in it unattended, but I was told to contact your call centre and after an hour on hold the agent didn't seem to know what I was asking. Could somebody please contact me.
@dublinbusnews Great, I'll let my 75 year old mother know she only has another hour to wait. Absolute nonsense on a route with such scant service at the best of times.
