But since we're just over half the size we used to be, that means you no longer have 24 hours in a day. More like about 14 hours in which to sleep, drive, work, shop, cook, clean, and no one has any time for 1 minute of relaxation in the evening anymore before they go to bed. Ever notice you no longer have any steam left? Maybe it’s because you’re only getting the equivalent of 3-4 hrs of sleep at night.
