Another Christmas favourite, marzipan fruits. I have to confess, I don't make these - they just take too long, but we have a great supplier who provide them - and they are delicious.

It's that time of year again and Christmas puds are on the menu.... The filling is a milk chocolate ganache laced with brandy, with candied orange peel, raisins, almonds and hazelnuts with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom. Decorated with a sprig of "holly".
As Christmas approaches it's time to stock up on those naughty truffles - these are Baileys, made with milk chocolate, fresh double cream, sugar and a generous glug or two of Baileys. Made this morning and on the shelves today. They taste delicious. In milk or white chocolate.
Now the colder weather has arrived, we're concentrating on our autumn comfort food. This morning I've made our fruit and nut chocolate parcels. A solid chocolate parcel topped with orange peel, pistachio and cranberry, dusted with gold sparkle. Really tasty.
