@SunwingVacay Since this would not be happening I was told that I would be getting a full refund but I only got a voucher only because I was being deligent and responsible I purchased insurance and because I did it early, I don’t get my money back!! REALLY!

@cibc your bank manager at 1 City Center Drive in Mississauga does not answer her phone and return messages to the client. I have been waiting 2hours with no phone call!! Customer Service NOT!! Poor Service! No longer will bank with CIBC after this experience
