@mohagirei Good afternoon Sir, as requested by you, the ARD secretary has sent the supplementary list for mrtf 2025 to you Sir for the comparison, Please confirm ๐๐ผ
JOHESU (Nigerian health workers) strike has entered Day 42โฆARD(doctors) to strike again in 4 days.
42 days of a broken healthcare system and counting.
Tertiary hospitals are the last line of care in Nigeria. These are the places for emergencies, surgeries, cancer care, ICU, referrals. Today, many are partially shut down due to JOHESU (health workers) strike.
ARD (doctors) is set to commence yet another strike in 4 days. If that happens, teaching hospitals will be completely crippled.
โ Patients turned back
โ Surgeries postponed
โ Referrals stuck
โ Families running from hospital to hospital
This is government negligence of healthcare and healthcare workers catching up with the common Nigerian.
The poorest Nigerians are hit the hardest. Private hospitals are expensive, medical tourism is a joke for the average Nigerian. Public tertiary hospitals are all they have.
Nigerians are too quiet about this growing decay in the healthcare system. When will Nigerian voice out and call the government who they pay tax to and the government who intend to increase their tax in 5 days to order.
Nigerian influencers are acting unbothered. Everyone is doing Oblee here and there, youโre one serious accident from meeting your creator with this reality of our healthcare system.
