@SarahNisley@FitbitSupport I don't think it can be user error when a person has supported #fitbit as much as I have over the years. I have literally been a solid customer replacing their shitty products every year. I am fed up with #fitbit There are much better products on the market.
@SarahNisley@FitbitSupport If YOU aren't really that active that could be why yours lasted. However, I am a work out enthusiast where I get at least 12,000 steps every day (it's non-negotiable). I swim, run, bike, etc...I have had at least 10 fitbits over 10 years.
Do not buy #Fitbit products.
Poor product life cycle and longevity.
You will be replacing it in a matter of months.
#Fitbit customer service is terrible as well.
@FitbitSupport Nothing to continue. I am no longer a customer, I am now just an outspoken person who doesn't want others to waste money on #Fitbit products.
