As an @imaginecurve investor and user, I've stopped recommending you to friends because you're failing on your USP: Go Back In Time. Been broken for me for nearly 2 weeks and support reply once a week. Stop rolling out new features until the ones you currently have work.
@AskCurve Going on for 3 months and Go Back in Time is still broken. No resolution in sight. After 6 weeks support got back to me asking for the same info.
@K1eranJones@imaginecurve Been over 2 months for me. Ghosted on every channel. Do a Formal Complaint by emailing [email protected] and if they still don't answer file a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service and Financial Conduct Authority. What I'm doing.
@imaginecurve Feel's more like @imaginecurve's customers are getting the middle finger. Broken basic service and now focusing on expensive gimmicks. Thanks. π
@imaginecurve@bemytwinn Instead of expanding to expensive gimmicky add-ons, how about fix your current offering to a basic service level. Go Back in Time flat out doesn't work and support never get back to you. π
@JonHoag@AskCurve The quick answer is that you don't. Support has been pants for years and continues to be. Been a month waiting for a reply for my broken Go Back in Time.
@imaginecurve Instead of posting pictures of socks, maybe you can run a functional product at this stage? Go Back in Time has been broken for a month. Support and X DM's are ghosting me. Investor and user and not happy.
@AskCurve Sent a support request nearly 3 weeks ago. Had 2 replies in 10 days then radio silence. My Go Back in Time isn't working and no one can fix it. Why am I even paying for this service?
