@FreddieCarthy 3 for work and 1 for myself (to handle my personal things). I like it. Maybe because I’m new. I feel like a genius with all these monitors around me
@br80io That’s so true. I fight the urge to ‘fake it til I make it’ every day at work. I realized real quick that if you don’t ask questions, you’ll stay blocked and then your job becomes that more stressful. This industry is all about learning. No need to feel inadequate.
Good evening Twitter Devs. It is now R3 D4 of #100DaysOfCode Just like I said when I made this commitment, some wonderful opportunities fall in my lap during my journey. Well, I just landed a HUGE interview which is 10 days from now which means I have 10 days to prepare for it
#100DaysOfCode So I have to switch gears a bit, put aside the #Python marathon aside for a bit and just focus on code challenges for the next month or so depending on how long this process will take.
It just goes to show just how much more there is to learn out there. Anyways my goal of sending out 10 job apps is completed, and I'm just about done with a take-home project for a tech interview--another Flutter Mobile Dev job. Happy trails!!!
#100DaysOfCode R3 D2. Captain's log 042721. Boy, this has been a productive day. I started it with #Python and the I gotta tell you. I was very tempted to skip ahead to the more advanced stuff but I'm glad I didn't. I had no idea what input statements were in Python and how...
#100DaysOfCode ...they work. You make an input statement asking the user a question, then wrap a print statement around it with a response to the user's answer. How did I overlook this? Have any of you Twitter Devs experienced this?
Hello Twitter Devs. Thankfully things have been busy for me between job applications, interviews, and 1 wonderful fellowship thanks to @LambdaSchool I am gonna once again reset my #100DaysOfCode R3 to D1. One thing I've noticed every time I do this, an amazing coding...
meet and the opportunities they connect you to are beyond words. #100DaysOfCode isn't the only thing I will be resetting. I decided to learn #Python again. Though I learned it at @LambdaSchool there is nothing wrong with mastering it as I've seen big tech companies want ...
I just want to take a moment to thank @LambdaSchool for their Fellows program. I have learned so much on this job. Working with a team really enhanced my knowledge of Flutter and brought out creative juices I didn’t know I had. Thank you so much for this.
