🏒: everyone might have a mindset that being an athlete means wanting to win, having to win everything, having to be good at everything. i used to be a perfectionist. everything had to be perfect, in control, everything precise.
🏒: but after working, i feel that being too tense does not bring happiness, it is better to be chill. i think the hardest competition is competing with myself. i do not look at anyone thinking that person is great, not at all.
🏒: waking up and being able to drag my body off the bed immediately, that is already considered competing. waking up to go to sports practice, being able to go out for filming today, that is already competing with myself.
