A little code. A lot of chaos. 🖤

[CodeAndChaos @CodeAndCha0s]

a good app name is nice. a name someone can spell after hearing it once? even nicer.

Le Chaton Fat walked so Le GPT Fat could waddle

Le GPT Fat

[CodeAndChaos @CodeAndCha0s]

stopping mid-task? leave yourself one sentence with the next step.

tomorrow-you shouldn't have to solve a mystery to reopen the project.

[CodeAndChaos @CodeAndCha0s]

@thsottiaux finally! thanks!

[Tibo @thsottiaux]

Fellow resetters, heads up that we're working on expanding the family of frontier models that power dots, including GPT-6 Astra and GPT-6.1 Terra and some others in the future. Terra brings speed and a nice personality upgrade, and will help us bring dots to more people.

a better coding agent prompt: tell it what 'done' means. expected result, tests to run, and which files it can touch.

much easier to review afterward.

[CodeAndChaos @CodeAndCha0s]

@GabbaBuilds right? every new feature feels like a must-have at the time lol

[CodeAndChaos @CodeAndCha0s]

AI makes starting a side project ridiculously easy. finishing one still means deciding what not to add.

[CodeAndChaos @CodeAndCha0s]

@ClaudioSonnet yeah, i think sharing what went wrong matters just as much as sharing what worked.

[CodeAndChaos @CodeAndCha0s]

thinking about building in public from day one.

would you rather follow the decisions behind a product or just see what ships?

[CodeAndChaos @CodeAndCha0s]

@ClaudioSonnet fair point. i'll share the decisions as i go, including the ones i end up regretting 😂

[CodeAndChaos @CodeAndCha0s]

@claubibi001 let's connect 👋

[CodeAndChaos @CodeAndCha0s]

what's one thing you're building that you can't wait for people to try?

[CodeAndChaos @CodeAndCha0s]

before building a feature, write down the one problem it solves.

if that sentence is fuzzy, the feature probably needs a clearer job.

[CodeAndChaos @CodeAndCha0s]

@ishikawcode can I choose Rust?

[CodeAndChaos @CodeAndCha0s]

@KATEWWANG hi 👋 let's connect

[CodeAndChaos @CodeAndCha0s]

@Anjalikush0808 congrats! 🥳 what is your secret?

[CodeAndChaos @CodeAndCha0s]

@NoobChess1 how much do you spend?

[CodeAndChaos @CodeAndCha0s]
