The Ironman is widely regarded as one of the toughest endurance events in the world. It is a grueling single-day test of stamina and determination. Participants must complete a 3.8 km swim, a 180 km cycling ride, and a full 42.2 km marathon, all back to back.

On 10 May, my son Nandil, currently in his fifth year at the National Law School of India University in Bengaluru, took on this extraordinary challenge at Ironman Vietnam. After just 7-8 months of preparation, he completed the challenge in approximately 16 hours.

As a father, it fills me with immense pride to see his discipline, determination and perseverance. I wish him the very best for the journey ahead and for many more milestones in life.

It is really sad seeing these kind of cases even now. Completely avoidable disease burden. The woman who consumed this traditional Ayurvedic drug is now fighting for her life on the ventilator because of acute liver failure associated brain failure. I am not able to analyse the retrieved sample because she drank it all as part of treatment for arthritis prescribed by Ayurveda practitioner, the month before onset of symptoms. High chances she will die without a transplant. Family members are shocked. A healthy mother, suddenly withering away from their lives. They are distraught, paranoid and trying to cope with the loss, very hostile towards us, who are trying to damage control and save her life.
The Ayurved who prescribed this garbage is scott free from the burden.
Who is responsible?
The ignorant family or the pseudoscience peddler?

हिंदूराव अस्पताल प्रशासन का कहना है कि पेट के टीबी से पीड़ित महिला की जान बचाने के लिए Laparostomy सर्जरी की गई। इसमें इसी तरह छोटे बैग को पेट में लगाकर प्रोसीजर किया जाता है।
