goose v1.37.0 just landed, and we're getting much better at fitting into the way developers actually work — across models, terminals, desktop, sessions, and agent workflows.

🧵 Better ACP support - slash commands in ACP, session system prompt setting, raw provider model exposure, image replay on session load, pagination, cwd passing, and streamable HTTP compliance

📚 Skills and orchestration upgrades
CLI skill listing with token counts, dynamic skill instruction refresh, summon subagent instructions, open-plugin generalization, and scheduled recipe parameters

🌍 More language/platform support
Russian, Turkish desktop locale, Simplified Chinese, Nushell completions, Linux Vulkan/local inference support, Linux musl builds, and native arm64 Linux artifact builds

There are also a ton of desktop UX fixes, provider reliability improvements, chat/session polish, OAuth improvements, and bug fixes across the stack.

Basically: goose got sharper, more configurable, more model-flexible, and more useful for real agentic engineering workflows.

One of the reasons @goose_oss is my primary harness is that it's highly customizable. You have easy access to edit all of its prompts.

For example, no matter how strongly I word "Be concise in your responses" in my AGENTS.md file, these models just love to yap!

Finally, I went final boss mode and editing the system prompt and now no matter what model I use, I get nice concise responses all the time. It's great over here!

• Mumbai – Absolute blast! Deep dives into what makes Bitcoin money, problems with the current system, @cryobrick intro by @apalok21, and Koshh Seedplate raffle entries.

• Chennai – Covered Bitcoin basics, Pizza Day lore, Bitshala, and the @BitashaIndia Koshh giveaway. Epic Q&A with everyone sharing journeys. Shoutout to OGs @saiy2k & Saravanan for the early-days reflection – thank you for the support!

• Hyderabad⚡️– Record-breaking ~100 people – biggest Bitcoin meet-up in the city yet! 30-min history & lore session + lively Q&A + Bitshala education talk. Energy was unreal.🫡

• Delhi – From 10,000 BTC pizzas in 2010 to paying for pizza with 1 sat today! @CodeInVeins crushed the @BtcpayServer demo – attendees actually experienced self-sovereign payments live. Delhi’s scene is heating up fast.

• Haryana – Our first Bitcoin meetup in the state! Just 5 of us but we talked for 3+ hours on doubts, ideas & future plans. Small room, massive signal. More coming to Haryana & Punjab soon.

• Pune – Quality time with enthusiastic Satoshis (old & new). Great discussions on Bitcoin and the full Pizza Day history. The vibe was perfect.

• Indore – Great pizza, even better conversations. Mixed crowd explored Bitcoin’s origins and why it still matters today.
