For the first time in over 2 years, pilot beams are back in the LHC. ATLAS recorded its first "splash" collision events, testing the detector with real particles in preparation for the 2022 restart.

Q: You pick coordinates in which to conduct searches, and get other indirect hints about what is/is not allowed, then proceed by excluding parameter space until somebody has a discovery. Name the activity!
@Claire_Lee I prefer everything dark but I did have to tweak the font colours in Mail. It just can be glaring when people have rtf or other custom backgrounds etc.
