Home warranty was my best friend. I used that 1 year to move around my house to repair things or simply upgrade things. Each time i called in a claim, i only had to cover the fee of a $30 payment. The rest fell under the home warranty plan. Thinking about getting another year.

Memphis did me in with this power outage bc of the utility damages from all these iced over trees falling on the lines. All the reasonable hotels booked 😩 whew chile. Been up all morning tryna get something together to get situated for the week cus they dk how long power down.
