When you work with like-minded people, something interesting happens: your ideas get better. Collaboration acts as a filter and amplifier. Bad ideas get weeded out faster, and good ideas get improved upon. It's a kind of intellectual natural selection. You might start with a rough concept, but through discussions and iterations with your team, it evolves into something robust and actionable.

Take the example of Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. Alone, Jobs was a visionary, but not an engineer. Wozniak was a brilliant engineer but lacked the business acumen. Together, they built Apple.
