@PetroleumMin @IndianOilcl Cylinder ordered a week ago and not yet delivered. Local distributor selling cylinder of domestic consumer quota in black to retail consumer delaying delivery to domestic consumer. In Howrah, the distributor fled after public outrage due to this.

In a day I receive around 70 spam messages via RCS contacts and it makes me feel like Google Messages with RCS message was a huge mistake. Adding to the pain, Google Messages allows messages from blocked contacts!
