I am honored to share that the Association Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES) has selected me to serve on the International Scholarship Taskforce for a three-year term.
As a Black woman of African descent, it is a privilege to contribute my leadership,
expertise to advancing the vision and mission of counselor education.
I am grateful for this opportunity and excited about the impact, growth, and service this role will bring. I look forward to collaborating with colleagues and contributing to meaningful work that strengthens
I genuinely love seeing women share their academic achievements on the timeline.
Every degree earned, certification completed, research published, or milestone reached is a reminder that learning has no age limit and ambition doesn’t expire.
More importantly, it shows other women what is possible. It encourages those who may have put their goals on hold to keep going, start again, or take the next step.
This is the kind of content I love to see people celebrating growth, discipline, and the rewards of investing in themselves.
@niyigbadamosi@_ebelechukwu Pastors are not marriage counselors.
Counseling is not 'something' an individual dabbles into because of their positions.
There is the need for requisite training and expertise to provide marriage counseling services.

Hi women, can you post pictures or talk about your academic achievements? I need some motivation this month.
If you see this tweet, share it so women can see it.
One of the most beautiful highlights from the Faith & Prayer Seminar themed “The Integrity of God’s Word” has been the warm moments of PRG members greeting, reconnecting, and fellowshipping with one another.
@Lordsnowxx@channelstv Interesting! So, he deserves to be treated this way when he didn't choose his own country? Going by this, it means that Nigerians also deserve to treated like shîts everywhere because of how messed up our country is.
@stevolalaski@kerryjay553@wlcback14 He's just spewing nonsense! Deborah and many others were killed, what did their useless Shariah do to get her justice?
@ashiedu_victor Accompany choice with consequences. "You can do it now, and have more time to play or do it later and have none
Use reward system
Deny them privileges as consequences for misbehavior and make this known
These are some of d tips that work for handling strongwilled children.
@ashiedu_victor Nope. It doesn't have to.
When dealing with children who are strongwilled, you can move from power struggle to partnership. For example, moving from "you have to do it now" to "if you don't do it now, it will cut into your free time".
Set firm boundaries without force.
