@Instacart, we have a business account, and one of my team members was suspended for violating the terms of service. I contacted your support line to determine why my team member was suspended, but the support reps have been less than helpful. We would like to know why the team member was suspended and appeal the decision. I responded to the email [email protected] asking why the team member was suspended, but I received the same generic email regarding the account suspension. I would appreciate it if someone from Instacart would contact me directly and provide adequate customer service. We will take our business to another platform if I do not receive a response. We have been loyal customers since 2019 and are deeply disappointed with the level of service we have received. I hope we can resolve this issue and resume our business with Instacart.
