Jeff Bezos Type 1 vs Type 2 Decisions Framework

Type 1: One way door
Choices that you cannot undo later

Type 2: Two way door
If a mistake is made walk back, and try a different path

Treating Type-2 decisions like Type-1 decisions slows you down
