Lego announced its Lego Smart Play platform on Monday, which introduces new smart bricks, tags and special minifigs for your collection. The new bricks contain sensors that enable them to sense light and distance, and to provide an array of responses.

@Facts_About_BK Yes, both games. Viva Piñata would have had the early ‘cause and effect’ stuff underway for the first animals and Banjo was focussed on how prototype blocks could be built into something and whether the physics engine could deal with it.

@grantkirkhope @TopsmanSLK For a while you could boot up BanjoX and load a scene which was actually Viva Piñata. They both grew out of the Grabbed by the Ghoulies code base.
