@adidas customer care is farcical and shambolic to say the least, 3 months of promises lies and fobbing me off. Purchasing online with adidas is not worth it. @adidas used to mean something, not anymore!

@_MattyTurnbull I was there Matty with my 9yr old and yes the atmosphere was great but I've been to 10 or so AllIreland finals and Thursdays atmosphere wouldn't touch any of them so I'm sorry but AllIrelands are miles ahead in the build up and on the day. It means more!

@Finnair Worst customer care ever, I have a case logged for two months and got 1 reply, it has been escalated 5 times over phone with customer care saying they cannot get team to contact me and keep apologising. It's a shambles. AVOID

@Finnair Finnair have taken twice for a flight out of my bank account, cleared out my bank account for 5 days, wrang customer support 3 times last Friday, promised to email and phone me back, not one call or email. You literally left my bank account empty for 5 days with a family of 5.

@Finnair Whole weekend ,which included camp for my Autistic son, had to be cancelled, which i informed customer care of and there was a complete lack of appreciation of the situation or any sincerity from anyone on Finnair side. Disgraceful mistake to make.

@Finnair Went through your chat and said they couldn't do anything, nothing! Was told all i could do was give feedback??? So by doing that I've opened a case sending specifics. Opened on 12th of September and still not a word, nothing! All communication from me, not one word from Finnair
