@VerizonSupport If a DM is what triggers being noted i should be good, I've dmed with the support team twice. If you look through my replies you'll see enough ppl complaining and im sure there's 20x+ people calling and getting the "restart your phone" song and dance. Big ball drop on Verizon

@VerizonSupport Everytime i dm with your team it goes no where. This is bigger than a phone reset, all of upstate NY can't send SMS. Verizon should be publicly addressing this
