@HSBC The best support would be answering the phones when they have issues with their accounts. Or letting them know that there is a 2HR+ queue so they can spend that time more productively by researching other small business friendly banks.

@PipLee10 Hi - sorry we aren’t here much so just spotted this , @KirkleesCouncil have changed the road directions and closed some but hopefully there will be some signage to help people find their way to us soon!
